Drilling down into the subconscious – an introduction to autonomic testing methods
A growing trend among researchers of human interaction and behavior is the increase in frequency of autonomic measurement. Technologies such as EEG, biometrics, eye tracking, and facial coding are very popular in the fields of media and communications testing and applications in the usability testing field are becoming more and more common.
Bill is the head of the technology team at HCD Research, and is responsible for setting corporate technology strategy in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations. He is in charge of HCD’s neuroscience technology initiatives and is well versed in autonomic data collection.
He has previously worked for Centocor as a programming consultant and for GE Equipment Services (TFS/Modspace) as a software migration specialist.
Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s University and an MS in Computer Science from Villanova University.
